You’re not alone.Many approaches ask you to talk through everything or focus heavily on revisiting the original issue. This work is different.I begin by opening a steady flow of energy, then work directly with your system to support the release of what’s ready to shift.

At your scheduled time, we meet on Zoom. You’re welcome to briefly share what’s going on or what you’d like support with.From there, you simply sit or lie down comfortably. I’ll connect, begin the energy work, and work with whatever your system brings forward.There’s nothing you need to do, just relax. You can rest, meditate, or even fall asleep. The session doesn’t require your active focus.
If you prefer not to meet on Zoom, that’s completely fine too.At your scheduled time, you just don't show up to the meeting. And I’ll still connect to you and begin the session remotely.Afterward, I’ll send you my session notes with anything that came through during the session to your email.This option works well if you’re very busy or simply prefer a more private experience.

Do I need to believe in this?
No. Many people have these healing sessions done simply because they feel stressed, overwhelmed, feeling stuck, or want to get rid of some aches and pains that won't go away. Your only role during the session is to relax.What happens during a session?
Sessions are done remotely. At your scheduled time, you simply sit or lie down comfortably and relax. Afterward, you receive brief session notes, and Zoom sessions include time to talk before and after if you prefer.What will I feel?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel warmth, cooling, relaxation, or emotional release. Others simply notice a sense of calm afterward. There is no right or wrong experience.Is this medical care?
No. Sessions support relaxation and emotional wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.Is this safe?
Yes. Sessions are gentle and intended to support relaxation and balance. You remain fully in control of your experience at all times.How do you identify imbalances?
I use methods such as muscle testing (applied kinesiology) and other feedback-based tools to get clear responses from your system. This allows me to work without requiring you to relive past stressful experiences or enter a trance state like in hypnotherapy.
Shaktipat, Reiki, & Qigong
These practices connect you with the body’s natural flow of life force energy, often called chi (qi), prana, or universal energy.Sessions are typically experienced as calming and restorative, with sensations such as warmth, subtle movement, or deep stillness. Many people describe it as a reset for the nervous system.As the body relaxes, tension can release and a greater sense of balance, physically, emotionally, and energetically, can begin to return.

These methods identify stored emotional stress and energetic imbalances in your body. Using gentle feedback techniques, I can help your body find and release what’s holding you back.
Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT)
SRT works with your subconscious mind that may contribute to stress, anxiety, addiction problems, or repeating life challenges. Using this method, we can gently uncover and release blocks and negative programs without going into a trance or reliving the trauma.
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) & Acupressure-based Methods
Based on principles similar to acupuncture and energy flow, this approach uses gentle tapping on specific points on the body, no needles involved.It’s designed to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and ease emotional intensity. Many people also find it supportive for things like tension, minor aches and pains, and overall energetic balance.
Hello, I’m Jonathan.My path into this work came through pain, addiction, and real change.I suffered serious injuries and lived with ongoing pain for years.Medication helped temporarily, but the pain always returned.When the medication stopped working, I turned to alcohol.Eventually, I realized I was stuck with pain and addiction.Everything changed after one energy healing session.The pain left instantly.
And with it, the need to drink.That moment changed everything for me.I began studying and practicing these methods.Over time, they became my own blended approach.
